Determined to slam the door on another challenging year for everyone, St Lucifer round off 2021 by unleashing the four track Elvis Sex Tape EP to ensure you have ample #blackmetalgaydisco to see you through the festive season.

Leading with the single version of Elvis Is Dead from their fourth studio album Deathcrush Palare released back in July, this reworking raises the energy of the album version behind Amy Griffiths’ sharp vocals to bring even greater intensity to the track: "From Your Cold Dead Hands/You're Going to Die Anyway!"

As usual with this incarnation of St Lucifer, Title of Your Sex Tape brings not one but two firsts. The track features a first co-writing credit for drummer Alice Bridges, as well as a guest vocal and flute from the Sirens video star Nadia Castle. A hypnotic club anthem in the making, a duet with bassist Ashleigh Talbot (also a writing credit), and one for you daring punters to whip out at your New Year’s party, just after midnight.

The second half of the EP contains the requisite remixes. As the name would suggest, Pronouns (80s Pet Shop Mafia Mix) is full of inherently catchy hooks while Casanova (Engine One Remix) by Russ from Bristolian electronic duo Fourth Engine brings a techno-tinged interpretation to the popular single.

The EP brings a to a close a year where St Lucifer have managed to cram in a twelve-date tour, including wowing crowds in London and Leeds at HRH Goth, released their best album to date and cement their place as the greatest #blackmetalgaydisco band in history.

The Elvis Sex Tape EP is available now on all good digital platforms including Bandcamp.
